Transportation & Where to Stay
Touching down in Bali and getting yourself to AYANA Resort is easier than it sounds — here's exactly how we'd do it.

We recommend booking your stay at RIMBA in the Ayana Resort. Once you RSVP, we'll send over a discounted booking link — RIMBA also runs complimentary transportation straight to the ceremony on the day of.
Book your flight into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) — Bali's main gateway, and the official start of the weekend.
Download Grab (Bali's Uber). Once you're through arrivals, exit the airport, walk to the Grab Lounge, and book your ride to Ayana Resort. View it here.

With Love
We'd love to have you with us in Bali — it wouldn't be the same without you. Take a moment to let us know, one form per guest.
Good Questions
A Few Things
We know a lot of you are flying a very long way to be there with us, and we don't take that lightly. Here are a few answers that hopefully make the planning a little easier.
We've got you covered — there will be private transportation for everyone staying at RIMBA. Just meet us in the RIMBA lobby, and we'll take it from there straight to the ceremony. No need to arrange anything yourself.
Garden party or cocktail attire. We'd love to see your prettiest, brightest florals, or your favorite cocktail dress or suit. One gentle tip, since we care about your comfort: the ceremony is on grass, so heels can sink in more than you'd expect. We'd much rather see you comfortable and dancing all night.
A little of both, so you get the best of everything. The ceremony takes place outdoors, and the reception moves into a beautiful open-air tent right after, so you won't need to worry about the weather once things get going.
Warm, sunny, and a bit humid, with temperatures typically in the upper 70s to low 80s (°F). We'd suggest packing light, breathable fabrics — you'll be much more comfortable for it.
Welcome, and thank you so much for making the trip! Two small tips to help you settle in: stick to bottled water so you can avoid the dreaded "Bali belly," and download the Grab app before you land — it's the easiest and most reliable way to get around if you head outside the resort. If you have any questions at all before or during the trip, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We want this to be easy and wonderful for you.
If your invitation mentions a plus one by name, we would love for you to bring them! If it doesn't, we're hoping to keep the day a little intimate, so we'd just ask that you check with us first before adding anyone. We promise we're easy to reach and happy to talk it through — just send us a message.
Our Story
We met online in 2021, but officially met up to get coffee in SF after New Year's in 2022. What was supposed to be a 1 hour catch-up turned into a six-hour marathon that ended with a hike up Bernal Heights, and we've been inseparable ever since. We've spent the years supporting each other through grad school, career, traveling to five countries, and becoming a little family of three with our cat, Kewpie. It's been a crazy journey from our early 20s to now, and we are so excited for our next chapter! ✨
